§ Mr. Lennox-BoydA constitutional commissioner visited the Turks and Caicos Islands in February 1992 and his report was placed in the libraries of the House of Commons and House of Lords on 27 July. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs will decide what action to take about the commissioner's recommendations once consultation with the Turks and Caicos Islands is complete.
