§ Mr. BaldryDerelict land grant paid in Liverpool last year was £2,315,190. The provisional grant allocation for the present year is £1,508,000.
In order to improve the delivery of policies for land development, including the reclamation of derelict urban land, the Government propose to establish an urban regeneration agency. One of the agency's main objectives will be to treat derelict land in urban areas.
