§ Mr. McNamaraTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what discussions he has had with the board of the Northern Ireland Electricity Service following its decision not to renew the contract of its chief executive.
§ Mr. NeedhamI last met the chairman on 9 April. The board is required to carry out a triennial review of the chief executive's contract. I understand that the board is currently considering this and that the chairman will make a statement shortly.
