For the most recent period for which statistics are available, how many people were killed during police car chases of stolen cars driven by children and young people.

During 1990, 13 people were killed in accidents arising from police pursuits of stolen cars in England and Wales. The ages of the drivers of the stolen cars ranged from 16 to 20.
