§ Mr. Peter LloydThe Local Government Boundary Commission for England has agreed to carry out a review of the electoral arrangements for the borough of Northampton. This is likely to commence as soon as my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment has reached a decision in respect of a recent review of parishes in the borough of Northampton. The review is expected to be completed in good time for the next local elections to the borough council in 1995.
The Parliamentary Boundary Commission for England will commence its next general review of all constituency boundaries in England, including those of the Northampton, North constituency, in 1991. The commissions report must be submitted between 1993 and 1998.
