Friend the Secretary of State from the water service companies under section 20 of the Water Act 1989 are available in the Library, including the undertakings in respect of those areas where there is a breach of the standard for nitrate, or where there has been a past breach which is likely to recur.
As soon as my right hon. Friend has accepted undertakings from all the statutory water companies, which he is in the process of doing, copies of these will also be placed in the Library.
