§ The Attorney-GeneralThe civil justice review consultation paper on housing cases was published in 1987. Following the publication of the civil justice review's final report (Cm. 394) in June 1988 the Lord Chancellor said that there would be further consultation with court users and others with an interest in housing matters before changes were made to the procedures for handling housing cases in the county courts. He expects the consultation to be completed before the end of this year.
