§ Mr. ForthAdditional labelling requirements will come into force over the next year for toys and all-terrain vehicles. The Government have made clear their support for the early introduction of a Community-wide voluntary eco-labelling scheme. In addition my Department is supporting work designed to establish a certification trademark which could be awarded to goods that consistently meet high specifications, although launch of such a scheme would depend on adequate support from industry.
