Whether they have considered the report of the Justice-All Souls Review of Administrative Law and if so whether they propose to implement any of the reforms recommended in that report.
§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)Ministers have not formally considered the report, but I nevertheless regard it as making a useful contribution to public debate on the subject of administrative law.
