asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will publish a list of applications to the European Commission of Human Rights under Article 8 or Article 10 of the convention, and in each case, whether they will give an estimate of the legal costs they have incurred.

There are 19 cases pending before the Commission, Committee of Ministers or the Court, in which the Government have submitted, or have been requested to submit, observations on Article 8 of the convention.
