Whether they will ensure that the agreed staffing levels under Fresh Start for HM Prison Kingston, Portsmouth, for the year commencing April 1989 will be honoured, and that the formula for the year commencing April 1990 will be adhered to, in view of the strain currently being placed on prison officers.
