§ Mr. NichollsThe Training Commission sent comprehensive instructions on redundancy payments to all its area offices in August 1988. These instructions explained that the commission would reimburse the employer's share of all statutory redundancy payments due to community programme employees by virtue of their employment on the programme (and earlier temporary employment programmes). Commission area offices were instructed to pass on this information to all their CP agents and sponsors.
