§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe contract completion date for Northop bypass is August 1989. I am advised that the works could be sufficiently advanced to enable the bypass to be opened to traffic in spring 1989. Actual completion is of course, subject to a number of factors not least of which are the weather conditions over the intervening period.
