§ Lord HeskethThe September 1987 and March 1988 waiting list figures for regional health authorities were published in Department of Health Statistical Bulletins 2/6/88 and 2/12/88,Statistics of Elective Admissions and Patients Waiting. Copies were placed in the Library. Although the figures show a small rise of 2.6 per cent. between September 1987 and March 1988, the year-on-year trend to March 1988 is down by 1.3 per cent.
