To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if people with occupational pensions, such as teachers, who are not working but not yet on a retirement pension, will receive a backdated sum uprating their pensions in line with those on state retirement pensions and benefits who are due to receive a backdated sum due to a miscalculation in the benefit uprating of April 1987.
