§ The Lord Advocate (Lord Cameron of Lochbroom)I have today placed in the Library of both Houses a copy of a note of guidance on the content and legal effect of statutory codes of practice. This guidance will be made available within government both to the parliamentary draftsmen and to those framing legislative proposals.
