§ Mr. NewtonIt is not for Ministers to initiate action on such reports. Responsibility for deciding on the action to be taken in the light of advice given in health advisory service reports rests with the individual health and local authorities concerned. The hon. Member may wish to contact the relevant health and local authorities direct for any further information she may require.
