§ Mr. LangIn 1986 three prisoners were transferred permanently from Scotland to Northern Ireland under section 26(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1961, and one prisoner was transferred temporarily, for a period of 15 days, from Northern Ireland to Scotland under section 27(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1961.
