§ 34. Mr. Soleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he is satisfied with the manner in which Hammersmith and Fulham council is discharging its statutory duties to provide residential care places for the elderly.
§ Mr. WhitneyI understand that an issue related to the provision of residential care for elderly people by Hammersmith and Fulham council is shortly to come before the High Court. In the light of that, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further on the matter.
