§ Mr. Donald Stewartasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has any plans to reduce (a) the amount of money available to and (b) the number of administrators working for the Greater Glasgow health board.
§ Mr. RifkindI have no such plans. I announced today a net revenue allocation to the Greater Glasgow health board for 1986–87 of £380.323 million, £21.083 million more than the corresponding figure for 1985–86. The staffing complement is a matter for the health board, and I understand that the board has a policy of no compulsory redundancies.
