Whether the arrangements announced by the Lord Chancellor on 17th March for celebrating the Tercentenary of the Glorious Revolution (Official Report, col. 796) will include commemoration of events which took place in Scotland as well as those in England and Wales.

Yes, I am pleased to say that the noble and learned Lord, Lord Fraser of Tullybelton, has agreed to serve on the advisory committee which Mr Speaker and I have appointed, in order to advise on the Scottish aspects of the celebration.
