§ 4. Mr. Phillip Oppenheimasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what are his latest intentions with regard to the timetable for the privatisation of state-owned industries for which he is responsible.
§ Mr. ChannonSubject to market conditions, the Government intend to return Rolls-Royce to the private sector during the first half' of 1987. Decisions on the method and timing of returning other businesses to the private sector will be announced when they have been taken.
