§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Department of Employment does not publish any forms, leaflets or pamphlets in Gaelic or in a Gaelic/English bilingual format. However, the Stornoway unemployment benefit office, which deals with proportionately the largest Gaelic-speaking community in Scotland, has two Gaelic-speaking members of staff who are able to deal with any claimant who wishes to have his claim dealt with in Gaelic.
