When they started to revise the leaflet Life Imprisonment—an Explanatory Memorandum, how long it will be before the task is completed, and whether the Home Office will consider contracting out to private enterprise this and other leaflets for the information of prisoners.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Home Office (Lord Glenarthur)This memorandum, and other related documents, have been under revision for the last 18 months. A revised version is now virtually completed and I expect it to be available before the end of the year.
