How many Christmas cards prisoners in dispersal prisons will be allowed to send this year, and, where establishments are planning to have charity cards on sale through their canteens, how the charities will be selected and by whom.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Home Office (Lord Glenarthur)Prisoners in dispersal prisons will be allowed to send out up to 24 Christmas cards this year. In establishments where charity Christmas cards are on sale through the canteen, the choice of charities will be at the discretion of governors.
