§ Mr. Ashdownasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he proposes to continue to impose on United Kingdom companies the terms of the 1962 NATO agreements on technology transfer; and if he will give an estimate of the effect of this agreement on United Kingdom high technology exports in 1982, 1983 and 1984.
