§ Mr. MacGregorAll member states are having to comply with the quota system, and deliveries beyond quota will be subject to supplementary levy. I have no reason to believe they will seek to export milk for manufacturing purposes to this country. As far as our liquid milk market is concerned, this now takes less than half of total milk supplies, and even at the production trough in August and September there should be a comfortable margin overall.
