What progress has been made so far on the review of the Heather and Grass Burning Regulations, and whether they will take steps to expedite the completion of this review, bearing in mind the fact that the heather and grass burning season is at its height between February and April.
The Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Earl Ferrers)The review of the Heather and Grass Burning Regulations has been completed and I hope shortly to present revised regulations to Parliament.
