§ Mrs. ChalkerOnly in the case of industrial accidents, investigated by the Health and Safety Executive, are such accidents separately identified in statistics. There were nine industrial deaths due to vehicles—not necessarily cars—falling from jacks, ramps or hoists between 1978 and 1980.
