§ Mr. AlisonWe welcome the Manpower Services Commission's proposal to establish a high level task group composed of representatives of the CBI, TUC, education interests and others to examine the possibilities for a general scheme of foundation training for young people, both employed and unemployed. It is intended that the group should produce its report by April this year.
