Whether they will publish a list of prisons in England and Wales at which prisoners are not permitted to sit during adjudications by the Board of Visitors, and a list of prisons at which facilities are not granted to prisoners to take notes at such adjudications; and whether they will also publish a similar list for prisons in Scotland.
