§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe recent report on the Manpower Services Commission's future role in providing employment rehabilitation for disabled people in all parts of the country did not consider provision for young people, as courses at employment rehabilitation centres help disabled young people bridge the gap between school and work and are provided under the youth opportunities programme.
