§ Mr. Ray Powellasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will investigate the shortage of business premises of under 1,500 square feet in the Bridgend area and take steps to assist the situation.
§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe Welsh Development Agency is building nine 1,500 sq ft. advance factories at Bridgend for letting to small industrial firms. I understand that there are also a number of small private sector business premises either immediately available or shortly to be built in the Bridgend area.
