§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether for administrative purposes he treats social service departments of county councils in Wales or housing departments of district councils in Wales, as primarily responsible for the meeting of responsibilities placed on local authorities under the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 with regard to adaptation of council houses to meet needs of registered disabled tenants.
