§ Mr. RaisonThere is no official estimate of the number of people using cannabis. The only information readily available on such users relates to the number of persons found guilty in the United Kingdom of offences involving cannabis, published in table 5 of Home Office statistical bulletin 6/79, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House.
