§ Mr. Jim LesterMy hon. Friend probably has in mind the manpower review published by the commission on June 4. The review contains a broad discussion of manpower issues and a summary of the commission's plans and programmes. I have approved the commission's plans for 1980–81 but have not yet approved those for subsequent years.
