§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will place in the Library a copy of the paper he has circulated to local authority associations on the Public Order Act, in which reference is made to the level of the deposit in Parliamentary elections.
§ Mr. BrittanA copy of the paper was made available to the Select Committee on Home Affairs in connection with its study of the law relating to public order and was published with its minutes of evidence for Monday 28 January 1980.
