§ The Solicitor-GeneralThe Government are still considering the various proposals which have been made for family courts, but there are strong constraints on resources and the effect of the implementation of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978 that is now proceeding will need to be taken into account before any particular commitment can be made.
