Why Mr. Gulabchand Lakhamshi Shah and Mrs. Kanchan Gulabchand Shah were refused permission to enter the United Kingdom to attend the wedding of their son on 8th November 1976.
§ The MINISTER of STATE, HOME OFFICE (Lord Harris of Greenwich)Mr. and Mrs. Shah's applications for entry clearance were refused under the Immigration Rules in November 1976 and July 1976 respectively because the entry clearance officer was not satisfied that only a visit was intended.
