asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will list all the appeals from route licensing decisions of the Civil Aviation Authority presently before the Secretary of State, together with the date upon which each was lodged.

The following is the information:—

Appeal by British Airways Board against the granting of applications by British Caledonian Airways Limited for licences to operate scheduled services between Gatwick and destinations in Scandinavia and to vary licences held by British Airways—lodged 16th November 1977.

Appeal by Bristow Helicopters Limited against the decision to permit Management Aviation Limited to add Sikorsky S61N helicopter to the licence they hold for their North Sea operations—lodged 3rd March 1978.

Appeal by British Caledonian Airways Limited against the decision to licence Laker Airways Limited to operate a scheduled service from Gatwick to Los Angeles and to revoke the licence for this route held by British Caledonian Airways Limited—lodged 26th May, 1978.
