§ Mr. Alfred MorrisSpecific requests for my right hon. Friend to use his de-384W fault powers have been received on three occasions since 1st January 1978. In one case, it was concluded that the use of such powers was not appropriate, in another inquiries are still continuing, and the third has only just been received.
