§ Mr. Cyril Smithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether the job evaluation team of his Department has yet reported to him on the gradings of tuberculosis visitors and if he will publish the findings of details and action he intends to take on them.
§ Mr. DeakinsThe job evaluation of NHS nurses and midwives was carried out at the request of the negotiating body, the Nurses and Midwives Whitley Council. I understand that the council 43W received the report on 12th July and is arranging for publication and subsequent consideration of the recommendations it contains, including those relating to TB visitors.
