§ Mr. ShoreI am arranging for the order to be withdrawn. The Government will shortly be presenting to Parliament the response to the Eighth Report of the Expenditure Committee: Planning Procedures. I intend to consider further the provisions of the general development 283W order in the light of reactions to that response.
