How many applications have been made by local authorities for grants to insulate the roofs of dwellings occupied by elderly or disabled persons, and whether in each case they will give the cost of the scheme and the amount of the grant awarded.
§ Baroness BIRKNo applications have so far been made by local authorities to my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment for his consent to the approval of grant for this purpose.
