Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland on how many occasions in the last 12 months the RUC was aware of customary public processions taking place without prior notice to the authorities as in Section 1(1) of the Public Order Act (Northern Ireland) 1951; and in how many of these cases the customary procession has been previously held on four or less than four occasions.
