§ The PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY of STATE, DEPARTMENT of the ENVIRONMENT (Baroness Birk)The Ordnance Survey entered into a very small number of contractual arrangements with certain publishers before the introduction of the copyright regulations contained in leaflet No. 23, and these still remain in force. The terms of these arrangements are confidential between the parties in accordance with normal commercial practice.
