HL Deb 14 July 1976 vol 373 c430WA
Lord TEVIOT

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What are the special arrangements concerning royalties that have been made between the Ordnance Survey and certain publishers, with whom they have been made and how long they will remain in force.

The PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY of STATE, DEPARTMENT of the ENVIRONMENT (Baroness Birk)

The Ordnance Survey entered into a very small number of contractual arrangements with certain publishers before the introduction of the copyright regulations contained in leaflet No. 23, and these still remain in force. The terms of these arrangements are confidential between the parties in accordance with normal commercial practice.

House adjourned at fourteen minutes before nine o'clock.
