Whether they will do their best not to lay the forthcoming amendment order to the Air Navigation Order, relating to Flight Time Limitations, before Parliament during the Easter or Whitsun Recess.
§ Lord WINTERBOTTOMMy right honourable friend is expecting proposals from the Civil Aviation Authority very shortly and I hope it will be possible for the Order to be laid before the Easter Recess, but I am afraid I cannot give an undertaking of the kind that the noble Lord seeks.
