§ Mr. FreesonIt is for local authorities themselves to decide what steps to take to carry out the requirement to make provision, so far as it is reasonable and practicable, for disabled people when providing public lavatories, and I have no information about any who have not done so. The hon. Member may like378W to know that the Central Council for the Disabled will be publishing next spring a revised version of its handbook on public lavatories suitable for the disabled.
