§ LORD BALOGHMy right honourable friend, the Secretary of State for Energy, can give no undertaking that the recommendations on thermal reactor choice to be tendered to the Government by the Nuclear Power Advisory Board will be published, but he intends to give full reasons and supporting evidence for the decisions which the Government will reach on this.
