asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, in view of the increase in the price of oil, whether, in order to minimise any increase in the cost of living, he will consider a method of providing rebate of some or all of the excise duty currently paid by organisations concerned in the manufacture and distribution of food upon the fuel oil they consume.
